Export

To send goods out of a customs territory, and the goods so sent.

Sending goods out of a country. Exports attract their own formalities - a declaration, sometimes a licence, and controls on destination and end use - which are frequently lighter than import formalities and therefore under-planned.

Some goods also attract export duty, and some are prohibited or restricted outright.
