Diversion
Changing a shipment’s destination or consignee after it has already been despatched.
Redirecting goods after despatch. It is operationally possible but has customs and licensing consequences: an export authorisation is normally granted for a stated destination and end user, and diverting goods elsewhere can breach it even where no one intended to.
