End Use
What imported or exported goods will actually be used for, which can determine licensing or duty treatment.
The purpose to which goods will be put. It matters in two directions: export controls turn on end use and end user, and some duty reliefs are conditional on goods being used for a stated purpose, with duty becoming payable if they are not.
