Sunset review
A sunset review is a check made at least once every five years on an anti-dumping or countervailing duty. It asks one question: if the duty ended, would dumping or subsidies, and harm to local producers, be likely to come back? If the answer is yes, the duty stays. If not, it is removed. WTO rules say anti-dumping duties should normally end after five years unless a review like this finds they are still needed.
