General order
The status of imported goods not cleared within the permitted period, moved to a designated warehouse.
Where imported goods are not entered within the time customs allows, they may be moved to a general order warehouse at the importer’s risk and expense.
Storage accrues, and after a further period the goods can be sold or destroyed. It is a slow-motion loss that usually begins with an unread arrival notice.
