Commodity
A good traded in commerce; in customs usage, the article being classified and declared.
In general trade usage, a raw or primary product traded in bulk. In customs usage the word is looser and simply means the article being declared, which is why "commodity code" refers to any product’s tariff classification, not only to raw materials.
