FAK
Freight All Kinds: a single rate applied to mixed cargo regardless of what it is.
A rate charged on a container or load irrespective of the commodities inside. It simplifies pricing for consolidators carrying mixed cargo, and removes the incentive to argue about commodity classification for rating purposes.
It has no bearing on customs classification, which still applies to each item.
