Pallet
A platform on which goods are stacked so they can be moved as one unit by forklift.
A flat platform allowing goods to be handled mechanically as a unit. Sizes vary by region, which affects how efficiently a container can be filled - a pallet standard suited to one market can waste space in a container sized for another.
Wooden pallets in international trade must comply with ISPM 15.
