Ocean Bill of Lading
A bill of lading issued for carriage by sea, which may be negotiable and act as a document of title.
The bill of lading issued for a sea voyage. Where made out to order it is negotiable and functions as a document of title, which is what distinguishes it from an air waybill or a sea waybill.
