Inward Foreign Manifest
The declaration of a conveyance’s cargo made to customs on arrival from abroad.
The manifest lodged with customs on arrival, listing all cargo aboard. It is the arrival counterpart of the outward manifest and the basis for customs risk assessment before goods are released.
