Consumption entry
A customs entry declaring goods for use within the importing country, with duty and tax payable.
A declaration that imported goods are entering the domestic market, as opposed to being warehoused, transited or re-exported. Duty and import taxes become payable, and the goods enter free circulation.
Also described as entry for home use or home consumption, depending on the jurisdiction.
