Air freight
The transport of goods by aircraft, and the charge made for it.
Both the service and its price. As a charge it is normally quoted per kilogram of chargeable weight, with surcharges for fuel and security applied separately.
Quoted rates rarely include origin handling, customs clearance or delivery, so an air freight rate and a landed cost are very different numbers.
